Our food hamper will be shrink-wrapped with transparent cling wrapper and basket accessorized with festive adornments. All deliveries for the Christmas hampers will be done on a progressive basis where a date range will be specified for the delivery. Kindly indicate in the delivery date column the last delivery date that you expect for the delivery to your recipient. For example, if you specified the last delivery date as 24th Dec 2015, the delivery date range will be from 17th Dec till 24th Dec and our Customer Service will attempt to confirm with you on the agreed date range. For special delivery instruction, please inform the Customer Service accordingly. At least 3 - 5 working days apply for delivery out of Klang Valley where food hampers will be delivered via our courier partner. Glasses and fragile item will be wrapped accordingly to ensure safe delivery of the hamper.

In the event an item is unavailable or is near expiry at the time of production, Pods & Petals reserves the right to substitute the said item with similar or higher value item. Please be informed that certain food items such as organic packaged food or juices, premium pralines and homemade delicacies usually have short expiry of 1 - 6 months as most of these gourmet quality food are made with the freshest ingredients without preservatives.
